A nail, firmly hammered into a wall, contrasts with a ship enclosed in a jar rather than the traditional bottle—subtly shifting expectations. Above the jar, a cloud drifts, introducing an ephemeral, weightless element to the scene. Meanwhile, the realisation that a nail cannot be hammered into a cloud reinforces the poetic impossibility at play, blurring the line between the grounded and the intangible. Through these elements, the piece explores themes of control, limitation, and the delicate balance between physical reality and atmospheric uncertainty.
